Unfortunately I recently discovered that Nokia has discovered a bug (which they are obviously trying to fix fast) due to which the Nokia Messaging account (it gets registered with the first personal e-mail address that you configure on your phone) gets deactivated & the Nokia Messaging subscription shows as canceled all of a sudden. The user then receives an automated e-mail from Nokia as given below -
_____________________________________________________________________________________
Dear Nokia Messaging customer,
The Nokia Messaging account you have been enjoying came as part of the purchase of your Nokia phone. According to our records, that phone has been transferred to another person.
Your Nokia Messaging account has been deactivated. Your account is safe - it cannot be accessed by the new owner of your Nokia phone. In addition, you can sign up for a new Nokia Messaging account for use on another Nokia phone. Please visit the Nokia Messaging website (http://email.nokia.com/
We look forward to serving you again.
Sincerely,
Nokia Messaging team

Since the subscription gets canceled, you will not be able to sync your personal e-mail accounts. Currently to fix this problem there is no other way out other than calling Nokia Careline. In India you can dial 080 - 30303838 to reach Nokia Careline. The technical support representative will then take down the details like your Name, Cell Number & your Phone's IMEI number (dial *#06#). Within minutes the account will be reset & your Nokia Messaging subscription will temporarily reflect as TRIAL & then reflect "Nokia Messaging subscription - purchased with device".
So please don't worry if you suddenly receive this strange mail from Nokia. Call Nokia Careline & reset your Nokia Messaging Lifetime subscription!!!
