I recently had to submit the insurance claim for one of my treatments and when I called up the insurance company they provided me with a non-editable PDF form and the space was too little in the Blocks to fill it up manually. This could only be done via a PC or a Typewriter.
With Typewriters becoming old fashioned I tried to find out a way to convert it into editable word document. I had tried this earlier but the result was fruitful as all the contents were in image format. But now I have got this interesting site which converts PDF (only if the contents of the PDF are text and not image) into an exact replica word document.
So try out http://pdfaid.com/pdf-to-docx.aspxhttp://pdfaid.com/pdf-to-docx.aspx whenever you face a similar situation like mine.
